Registration can be completed in two ways - online or by downloading a PDF registration form.
Full conference Registration includes admission to the Plenary Session and all technical sessions, all receptions, and a technical digest. (Meet & Greet Fiesta, President’s, Vendor Reception, and Award Luncheon) **Conference proceedings are an additional fee**
One Day Registration includes admission to technical sessions, Laser Solution Courses and receptions on that day only, and a technical digest. (Luncheon is not included, but may be purchased separately).
Student Registration includes admission to the plenary session, receptions (Meet & Greet Fiesta, President’s, Vendor Program, and Award Luncheon), all technical sessions, Laser Solution Courses, and a technical digest. Valid student ID required to process registration. Student Registration will not be accepted on-site.
Guests may attend the awards luncheon and all receptions by purchasing tickets. Please pre-register your guest so we may prepare a nametag.
Early Bird registrants should be paid in full by Sept. 5th. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express will be accepted. You may also attach a check (US funds only, drawn on a US bank) payable to the Laser Institute of America. Purchase orders must be paid in full by Sept. 5 to qualify for discount. Bank transfers will not be accepted as payment.

We understand that circumstances may occur to prevent your attending the conference. If you find that you cannot attend the 27th International Congress on Applications of Lasers & Electro-Optics, you have several options:
- Send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time -even on-site at the conference. (Please have the substitute bring your letter of confirmation to the registration desk.)
- If you cannot send a substitute, we are able to transfer your conference fees to next year’s conference.*
- If you would like a refund, we will gladly process one for you.*
*Note: Requests for conference fee transfers received on or before Sept. 5, 2008 will receive a full transfer of funds. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before Sept. 5, 2008. All refunds will be processed after the conference. There is a $75.00 processing fee applied to all refunds. No refunds will be accepted after Sept. 5, 2008. No refunds will be given for proceedings or tour package purchases.
